Pastor Mike Houlihan serves as the Chief Operating Officer and Associate Pastor for NTBC. He joined the ministry in July of 1997 and has been responsible for administration, human resources, adult Bible study, small groups, operations and property development. Prior to joining NTBC, he began his ministry as an Assistant Pastor at the Berean Bible Church in upstate NY.
Before entering full time ministry, Pastor Mike was the President and CEO of a highly successful Human Resource Consulting firm in upstate NY. He has received numerous awards and citations for achievements in the personnel industry.
He is currently a Trustee and graduate of Davis College (formerly Practical Bible College). He also holds a Bachelor's degree from the State University of NY and a Master's Degree in Theological Studies from Liberty University. He and his wife Nancy have four adult children and two grandchildren (identical twin girls born 11/16/04). He enjoys fishing and snorkeling in his spare time. His favorite verse is 1 John 4:19: "We love Him because He first loved us."
